Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyAds you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Sri Lanka to use MyAds. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Account Registration
Accounts are created using a Sri Lanka mobile number (+94) verified via one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Posting Ads
You may post ads for lawful products and services only. You are solely responsible for the content of your ads, including accuracy, legality, and compliance with all applicable Sri Lankan laws. MyAds reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any ad or account at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Prohibited Content
You must not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Ads for illegal goods or services, scams, spam, or content that violates the privacy of others are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Ad Plans and Payments
Posting an ad requires payment for a plan (Normal, VIP, or Super). All plan fees are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change at any time.
Third-Party Transactions
MyAds is a listing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Any agreement, payment, or dispute arising from contact made through the platform is solely between the users involved. MyAds bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of any goods or services advertised.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on MyAds are the property of MyAds or its licensors. You grant MyAds a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the content you upload (photos, text, etc.) solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
