What is MyAds?
MyAds is a Sri Lanka–focused classified ads platform where you can post and browse ads across multiple categories. It's designed for individuals and businesses to connect with local audiences quickly and easily.
How do I create an account?
Click the "POST YOUR AD" or "Login / Register" button. Enter your Sri Lanka mobile number (+94), receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS, and verify it to instantly sign in or create your account — no password required.
How do I post an ad?
After logging in, click "POST YOUR AD". Fill in the title, category, location, description, price, and upload at least one photo. Submit the form, then select a plan and complete payment to publish your ad.
What ad plans are available?
There are three plans: Normal (Rs. 500), VIP (Rs. 1,000), and Super (Rs. 1,500). VIP and Super ads appear higher in listing order. You can also upgrade your plan after posting.
How long does it take for my ad to go live?
After successful payment your ad is submitted for review. It typically goes live within a short period once our team approves it. If you are an approved agent with auto-approve enabled, your ads go live immediately after payment.
Can I edit or delete my ad?
Yes. Go to My Account → My Ads, find the ad you want to change, and use the edit or delete options. Deleted ads can be recovered from the Recover tab for a limited time.
Can I upgrade my ad plan?
Yes. You can upgrade an active or under-review ad to a higher plan (e.g. Normal → VIP, or VIP → Super). The upgrade fee is the price difference plus an Rs. 100 processing fee.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. All transactions are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
What is the refund policy?
Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details. Generally, payments for published ads are non-refundable once the ad is live.
What are Agents?
Agents are verified power-users who receive a 30% discount on all ad plans. They also appear in the public Agents directory where potential clients can find and contact them. Contact us if you are interested in becoming an agent.
How do I save ads I'm interested in?
Click the bookmark icon on any ad card or ad detail page to save it. View all your saved ads under My Account → Saved Ads.
How do I report a fake or suspicious ad?
Open the ad detail page and use the Report option. Our moderation team will review it. You can also browse confirmed fake ads on the Fake Ads page.
How do I contact support?
