Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment on MyAds. Last updated: March 2026.

Ad Posting Payments Are Non-Refundable

All payments made to post or boost an ad on MyAds (Normal, VIP, and Super plans, as well as any plan upgrades) are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is completed and your ad is submitted for review or published, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: accidental purchases, change of mind, ad rejection after payment, or account termination.

No Responsibility for Offline or Third-Party Payments

MyAds is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. Any payment, transaction, or financial exchange that takes place directly between a buyer and an ad poster — whether in person, via bank transfer, mobile pay, or any other method outside of our platform — is entirely the responsibility of the parties involved. MyAds has no visibility into, control over, or liability for such transactions. We strongly advise all users to exercise caution and conduct due diligence before making any payment to another party.

Disputes

If you believe you have been subject to fraud or a scam related to an ad on our platform, please report the ad immediately using the Report option on the ad detail page. While we will take appropriate action against fraudulent listings, reporting an ad does not entitle you to a refund of any payments made outside of MyAds.
